Thomas Campbell Apartments

Thomas Campbell Apartments is a 124 unit high rise with 12 two bedroom cottages that provides affordable housing for seniors. We have onsite Property Management and Social Services in order to help our residents age in place successfully.

The mission of Thomas Campbell Apartments is to provide safe, affordable housing for low and moderate income elderly individuals and handicapped, mobility impaired, and disabled adults. In addition Thomas Campbell Apartments strives to enhance a healthy, active, independent lifestyle for our residents through quality supportive services.

Thomas Campbell Apartments are a ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Thomas Campbell Apartments is currently working on a Resident Enhancement Activity Project (REAP) to engage our residents in outdoor activities. The REAP will take 5 acres of undeveloped land on the Thomas Campbell property and provide walking trails as well as a pavilion to be used for organized activities with supportive services as well as informal activities among residents. The goal of the REAP is to encourage outdoor activity to increase the physical and mental health of our residents.
