The Community Snapshot is a leadership project of the Washington County Community Foundation, which seeks to educate donors, community leaders, nonprofit funders, and others regarding community needs and assets in Washington County. 

Information for the project is organized into eight broad focus areas: Animal Welfare, Arts & Humanities, Community Improvement & Economic Development, Conservation & Environment, Education, Health & Fitness, Human Needs, Religion & Faith-Based.
