Gateway Rehabilitation Center
Nonprofit Overview
Gateway Rehabilitation Center's (GRC) mission is to help all affected by addictive diseases to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit. With over 50 years of experience, GRC continues to be recognized as a leader in addiction recovery, bringing hope and healing to the Washington County community through accessibility, evidence-based treatment, relapse prevention, and family support. Our programs are designed to respond to the specific needs of each patient and our surrounding communities.
We offer a full continuum of treatment and recovery services, including withdrawal management, acute and extended residential care, outpatient counseling, halfway house programs, telehealth treatment, and mobile peer recovery support services. Our programming is built around the reality that recovery from addiction is not one-size-fits-all; and that success in all forms should be celebrated. This translates into individualized treatment plans, holistic therapies, and impactful experiences while in the early stages of recovery with our treatment teams.

Current Needs
Addiction doesn’t discriminate, so neither should access to treatment. As a nonprofit provider, we provide treatment services to all, including those without medical coverage or the means to cover costs of treatment. Your support helps break down financial barriers to treatment and gives someone the chance they deserve to build a life in recovery.
For patients in residential treatment with limited clothing and personal care products, we help provide essential needs to support their day-to-day care. Providing these necessities prolongs engagement in treatment and supports long-term success.
Your support also helps us to improve our therapeutic programs, which help enhance and prolong treatment stays and teach recovery skills and sustainable habits that support long term recovery. These impactful programs are fully donor-funded and include Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Wellness and Spiritual Programs, Adventure-Base Counseling, and more.
